Shirley Ann Keck, 78, of West Newton, died Tuesday, July 8, 2025. She was born September 13, 1946, a daughter of the late John and Anna (Hranko) Kuno. Shirley was previously employed as a bartender at the West Newton Moose for over 30 years. Surviving are a daughter, Denise Keefer; grandchildren, Jesse Keefer and Codi Keefer; great grandchildren, Rebecca Keefer, Layla Keefer, Amelia Keefer, and Jkwon Johnson; sisters, Lois Schuh and Victoria Brown; brother, David Kuno; and nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Duane Keck; and sisters, Ruth White, Annette Cornell, and Esther Meadows. There will be no visitation or service. Arrangements are entrusted to the J. William McCauley Jr. Funeral Home, West Newton.
