Randy Celapino of West Newton Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully Thursday morning, December 13, from a battle with cancer. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, West Newton Sportsman’s Association, and Loyal Order of Moose. Randy was the third-generation owner of Celapino’s Service station. His siblings, wife, and children all had a chance to say their goodbyes.
Randy — also known as Big Randy, Papa Randy, Uncle Sherpa, The Man, The Myth, The Legend — was known for his kind heart, generous nature, and wild spirit. He is the greatest man/dad/friend many will ever know.
There will be a visitation held at the J. William McCauley Jr. Funeral Home, 901 Vine St., West Newton, on Saturday, December 15, from 1:00-5:00 pm. We will celebrate Randy’s life with a memorial service in January — date and location to be announced.

May we all stay humble and kind.
