Obituary

Marie A. “Dolly” Sager, 81, of Hutchinson, died Sunday, January 24, 2021.  She was born April 16, 1939 in Smithton, a daughter of the late Benjamin and Hazel (Bankard) Clark.  Prior to retirement she was employed by Sears and Cracker Barrel.  Dolly was a member of Sewickley United Presbyterian Church, West Newton Senior Center, and the Yukon Golden Agers.  She was an avid lottery player.  Surviving are three sons, James W. Sager, Jr. and wife Bonnie Sue, Ralph Sager and wife, Kelly, and Brian Sager and wife, Dana; four grandchildren, James W. III, Jesse, Alexander, and Abigail; great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Sager; granddaughter, Theresa Lynne Sager; and brothers and sisters, Bill, Ben, Myrtle, Leo, Dick, Alfred, Ralph, Melvin and Laverne.  Friends will be received 2-4 & 6-8 pm Thursday at the J. William McCauley, Jr. Funeral Home, 901 Vine St. West Newton.  Masks must be worn and social distancing be maintained.  The amount of people permitted in the funeral home at once is 40, so please limit your visit out of respect for others.  Services will be private and burial will take place in Sewickley United Presbyterian Cemetery.    Condolences may be left at http://www.mccauleyfuneralhomes.com
