Justin Kuszaj

Justin “Meatball” Kuszaj, 41, of Madison, entered the Kingdom of Heaven on July 23, 2023 where we are confident he was met with the living arms of those loved ones who went before him, including his dearly loved sister, Ashley Kuszaj and cherished mother, Darla (Smith) Maughan. He was also preceded in death by his grandfather, Melvin Smith; grandmother, Rita Maughan, grandparents Louis and Helen George; and step-mother, Denise Kuszaj.  Justin is survived by his father, Julian Kuszaj; step-father, Rick Maughan; grandmother, Genevieve Smith; grandfather, Donald Maughn; nephew, Austin Gouker; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and his greatest treasure, his son, Dominic Kuszaj. After proudly serving as an infantryman in the U.S. Marine Corps, Justin was employed in the family’s business, Precision Tank Modifications for 18 years where he grew into a crew foreman. He was an avid outdoorsman, a caring soul, the life of the party, and a much-loved friend.  In order to preserve his fun-loving spirit, humor and zest for life, his family will hold private services at this time and invite all who had the pleasure of knowing him to share memories at a celebration of life to be shared at a later date.
