Joseph "Tony" A. DeMarchi, Jr.

Joseph A. “Tony” DeMarchi, Jr., 68 of West Newton, died Sunday, July 3, 2022.  He was born October 12, 1953, a son of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Collins) DeMarchi.  Prior to retirement he was employed by Shop ‘n Save in Rostraver, and recently worked at the Coen Convenience Store in Rostraver.  A very religious man, Tony was a member of Holy Family Church, West Newton, and also West Newton Moose Lodge 31.  He loved people and was well liked by all; and enjoyed helping his nephew with his band.  Surviving are his sister, Cheryl Guerrieri; brother, Michael DeMarchi; nephew, Todd Guerrieri and wife, Lisa; niece, Lisa Federer and husband, Shawn; and great nephews and niece, Joseph Federer and Julie and Justin Guerrieri.  Friends will be received 2-4 & 6-8 pm Wednesday at the J. William McCauley, Jr. Funeral Home, 901 Vine Street, West Newton.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 am Thursday in Holy Family Church.  Interment will follow in West Newton Cemetery.  Condolences may be left at http://www.mccauleyfuneralhome.com.
