Janie (Kasper) Hill

Janie Hill, 72, of Collinsburg, died Thursday, December 11, 2025.  She was born September 12, 1953, a daughter of the late Charles “Kizer” and Dolores (Ruby) Kasper.  Prior to retirement she was employed by Lowe’s in Belle Vernon.  Janie adored her grandson, Josh, and was a “Hockey Grandma”; and loved animals especially her cats.  She was a lifetime member of Blythedale Fire Hall.  Surviving are her husband of 52 years, Gary Hill; son, Jared Hill and wife, Billie; grandson, Joshua; sister, Jeanie Dongilli and husband, Rick; and nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Charles “Chook” Kasper.  Friends will be received 2-4 & 6-7:30 pm Sunday at which time services will be held at the J.
