Helen Pillar

Helen Pillar, 76, of West Newton, passed away December 8, 2025 at Jefferson Hospital, Jefferson Hills. She was born in Uniontown on January 8, 1949, a daughter of the late Joseph and Helen (Wilkovich) Pillar.  Helen graduated from Laurel Highlands High School. She enjoyed spending time with her family.  In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her sisters; Louise Oleksik, Betty Mitchell, Joann Fani, Donna Stoffa, Beverly Trader; her brother Walter Porto and her dog Jack who she loved dearly.  Left to cherish her memory is her daughter Susan Williams (Don) of West Newton;  her grandson Jake Williams; her siblings, Nancy (Will) Stajnrajh of Uniontown, John Pillar of Uniontown, and Dee Finley of GA; and many nieces and nephews.  Private arrangements have been entrusted to the J. William McCauley, Jr. Funeral Home, 901 Vine St, West Newton.
