Frank Joseph Del Duca

Frank Joseph Del Duca, 86, of Sutersville, died Saturday, March 4, 2023.  He was born March 24, 1936 in Sutersville, son of late Francesco and Maria (DiIorio) Del Duca.  Frank attended the University of Nebraska where he played football from 1954-55.  Prior to retirement he was employed by Beneficial Finance and also worked doing landscaping with Giovanni Ferlaino and worked for McKeesport Garden Club and the Tribune-Review.  Frank was a member of the former St. Charles Borromeo Church, Sutersville and Holy Family Church, West Newton, where he was a member of the Holy Name Society and Finance Council.  He was a regular attendee of New Hope Assembly of God, Elizabeth and attended Bible study at The Church, Sutersville.  Surviving are a son, Frank Anthony Del Duca, a daughter, Anna Marie Del Duca; a granddaughter, Frances Ulaine Del Duca; a son-in-law, Regis Painter; a special friend, Joan Sala; and nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Marie (Vidil) Del Duca; daughter, Mary Louise Painter; and sisters, Catherine Del Duca, Frances Ribich, and Matilda Permigiani.  Friends will be received 12:30 to 1:30 pm Wednesday, with a service at 1:30 pm at the J.
