Obituary
Eugene “Sid” DeBernardo, entered eternity on Wednesday, March 30, 2022. He loved his religion. He loved his family. He loved his friends. Gene is survived by his son, Craig of Perryopolis; his daughter, Gina of Adamsburg; brothers, Michael (Alexis) of West Newton and Anthony (Linda) of New Stanton. He especially enjoyed spending time with his granddaughters, Ava and Alana. Also surviving are nieces, nephews and cousins. There will be no viewing. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 am Saturday in Seven Dolors Church, 102 Center St., Yukon. Interment will follow in Seven Dolors Cemetery. A reception celebrating Gene’s life will be held at the Yukon Slovenian Club, 137 Yukon Ave., following the interment. Memorial may be made to Seven Dolors Church, PO Box 308, Yukon PA 15098.
