Diane L. Houseman, 73, of Sutersville, died Tuesday, February 18, 2025. She was born August 23, 1951, a daughter of the late John and Eleanor Jane (Bain) Houseman. Surviving are her brother Dan (Mary) Houseman; nephews Billy Klingensmith and wife Tarra; Tommy Klingensmith and partner Kate Thorsen; nieces Elizabeth Houseman and Rachel Houseman (Bill Muir); grand nieces Autumn, Bella, Addison, and Gabby; and grand niece and nephews Daniel, Spencer, Calyn, and Kayden. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters Debra Benish and Dana Houseman, her aunt, Alice Bain, and her dear friends Edna and Stephen Rhoads. Prior to retirement, she was a lifelong employee at Nutrition, Inc. A person of deep faith, she was a member of Sutersville Primitive Methodist Church. She was incredibly generous and devoted to her family. She loved visiting her nephew's families, and having her grand nieces stay with her. The family wishes to thank all of the healthcare workers that cared for her, especially the team at UPMC Presbyterian MICU. Memorial contributions may be made to Sutersville Primitive Methodist Church. Friends will be received 11am-2pm, Sunday, February 23 at J. William McCauley Funeral Home, 901 Vine St., West Newton, where a funeral service will be held at 2pm. Private interment will be at West Newton Cemetery.
