Arlene J. (Horney) McMillen

Arlene J. McMillen, 82, of Lowber, died Tuesday, July 27, 2021.  She was born February 21, 1939 in Lowber, daughter of the late Andrew and Anna (Heinzic) Horney.  Arlene was a member of the former St. Charles Church, Sutersville and the former Lowber Ladies Auxiliary.  Surviving are a daughter, Tami A. Allen and husband, Thomas; a son, Ronald A. McMillen and wife, Victoria; three grandchildren, T.R. Allen and wife, Claudia, Ryan Joseph Allen and girlfriend, HerAndy Maza, and Lauren McMillen; two great grandchildren, Savanna and Skylar Allen.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald E. “Bud” McMillen Jr.; and a brother, Andrew Horney.  Friends will be received 2-4 & 6-8 pm Thursday at the J. William McCauley, Jr. Funeral Home, 901 Vine Street, West Newton, where a funeral service will be held at 11 am Friday.  Interment will follow in West Newton Cemetery.  Condolences may be left at http://www.mccauleyfuneralhome.com.
