Anthony E. DeNoble

Anthony E. DeNoble, 86, of Sutersville, died Sunday, June 4, 2023.  He was born November 9, 1936 in Sutersville, a son of the late Antonio and Sophia (Kott) DeNoble.  Prior to retirement he was employed by US Steel Clairton Works for over 40 years.  A lifetime member of Sutersville Moose, he loved spending time with family and friends at his camp in Tidioute.   He enjoyed fishing and hunting with his brother Charlie, including fishing trips to Canada.  Surviving are his wife of 64 years, Sandra (Zurawski) DeNoble; children, Tony DeNoble and wife, Mary, and Cindy Thorne and husband, Joe; grandchildren, Joseph Thorne Jr. and wife, Ashley, James Thorne, and Kira and Sarah DeNoble; great grandchildren, Aurora and Theo Thorne; and nephew, Charles DeNoble and wife, Meri. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers, Charles and Johnnie DeNoble.  As per his wishes, there will be no viewing or services.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to UPMC Hillman Cancer Center, Arnold Palmer Pavilion, 200 Village Dr., Greensburg PA 15601.  Arrangements entrusted to the J.
