Anne (Lohigh) Kosor, 91, of West Newton, died Wednesday, July 27, 2022. She was born July 30, 1930 in West Newton, a daughter of the late George and Mary (Stinger) Lohigh. Anne was a member of Holy Family Church, West Newton. Prior to retirement she was employed for 28 years as a nurse’s aide at Westmoreland Manor. A loving mother and the best Gram and Nannie, she enjoyed time with her husband Ki, riding in their 1928 Nash. Surviving are three daughters, Kristina Nagell and Michael Bonsignore of Minnesota, Loretta Kosor and Charles Mansour of Minnesota and Cynthia Donaldson and husband, David of Rostraver; grandchildren, Erica Nagell, Vanessa Hugg, Edward Troup and wife, Katherine, Ki Swenson and wife, Jerra, Katie Cosalter and husband, Nick and Abby Swenson; great grandchildren, Justin Nagell, Alex Thomas, Gracyn and Jaxon Hugg, Ryan and Brendan Troup, Nico Cosalter and soon to be born, Nash Swenson; and nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Peter “Ki” Kosor; brothers, George Lohigh and Michael and John Lohigh, who were both killed in action in WWII; sisters, Mary Lucas and Helen Lohigh; and her beloved companion, Rocky. Friends will be received 2-4 & 6-8pm Monday at the J. William McCauley, Jr. Funeral Home, 901 Vine Street, West Newton. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 am Tuesday in Holy Family Church.
