Anna P. Rossetti, 82, of Smithdale, died Wednesday, April 28, 2021. She was born May 19, 1938 in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Stephen and Mary (Brustik) Lhiva. Anna was very involved in her community, including the former St. Charles Church in Sutersville. She loved cooking, flowers, and celebrating life by going out to eat with her family. Always putting others first, she had been a caregiver to many family members. Surviving are five children, Diann Livingston and husband, Terry, Sandi Godich and husband, Marko, Cheryl Ostrander, Christine Laurita and husband, Roland, and Frank Rosetti and wife, Julie; four grandchildren, Ashley Godich, Zachary Ostrander, and Isabella and Gianna Laurita; a brother, Harry Lhiva and wife, Cathy; a brother-in-law, Herman Rossetti; and nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Ettore Frank Rossetti and brother, Andrew Lhiva. Friends will be received 2-8 pm Tuesday at the J. William McCauley, Jr Funeral Home, 901 Vine Street, West Newton, where services will be held at 10 am Wednesday. Masks must be worn and social distancing be maintained. The amount of people permitted in the funeral home at once is 60, so please limit your visit out of respect for others. Interment will follow in West Newton Cemetery.
