Anna R. (Smith) Jury

Anna R. Jury, 96, of Irwin, died Saturday, February 5, 2022.  She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Rose Mary (Kloposki) Smith and was born March 9, 1925 in Pittsburgh.  Anna loved to garden and looked forward to the outdoors.  Surviving are a son, John Jury and wife, Nancy; grandson, Justin Detar; great grandchildren, Madison Schutter, Eric Schutter, Isabella Detar, and Justin Detar, Jr; a great great grandchild, Onyx; and special nephews, Dave Lash and wife, Valerie and Bill Lash and wife, Judy.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, John J. Jury, Jr; and grandchildren, Deanna Detar-Schutter and Anthony Detar.  Friends will be received 2-4 & 6-8pm Wednesday at the J. William McCauley, Jr. Funeral Home, 901 Vine Street, West Newton, where a service will be held at 11 am Thursday.  Interment will be in West Newton Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Wounded Warriors.  Condolences may be left at http://www.mccauleyfuneralhome.com.
