Leroy Fisher

Leroy Fisher, 77, of West Newton, died Friday, November 2, 2018.  He was born August 17, 1941 in West Newton, a son of the late Arthur and Doris (Budd) Fisher.  Leroy was a member of IUOE #66 and F&AM No. 593, Blythe Lodge.  He was an avid gardener, especially tomatoes.  Surviving are his wife, Janice; son, TJ; brother, Bob and wife, Lois; sisters, Joyce Markle and Charlene Pletcher; sister-in-law and friend, Marilyn Verbish and husband, Tom; nephews, Scott Fisher, David Markle and wife, Suzanne, and Adam Verbish and wife, Heather; and a niece, Jennifer Berich and husband, Bob.  Friends will be received 6-8 pm Sunday at the J. William McCauley, Jr. Funeral Home, 901 Vine St. West Newton, where a funeral service will be held at 10 am Monday.  Interment will follow in West Newton Cemetery.  Condolences may be left at http://www.mccauleyfuneralhomes.com
