Anna (Kabaci) Dittman, 93, formerly of Wyano, died Sunday, July 15, 2018. She was born September 22, 1924 in Van Meter, a daughter of the late John and Meri (Hemenez) Kabaci. Anna was a member of Wyano United Methodist Church and volunteered at the voting polls. A daughter of a coal miner, she enjoyed her church, family and friends, and considered her neighbors to be her family. Surviving are three children, Carol Radziwon and husband, John, Richard Dittman and wife, Bonnie, and Carla Effron and husband, Howard; grandchildren, Jeff Radziwon and wife, Barb, Lori Brooks and husband, Curtis, Aaron Chapman, Richard Dittman II and wife, Beth, and Carl Richard Effron; great grandchildren, Ashley, Jarrod, Logan, Analeise, Jaden, Anessa, Curtis, Mercedes, Polo, Noa, Oliva, Nicholas, Rowan, and Rooney; great great grandchildren, Gianna Renee, Lillian, Riley, and C.J.; sister, Nancy Sidney and husband, Ed; brothers, John Kabaci, Steve Kabaci and wife, Blanche, and Robert Kabaci and wife, Nancy; and many loving nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Carl Richard Dittman; grandchildren, Renee Radziwon Chapman and Nicholas John Dittman; sisters, Mary Mitzel, Margaret Wilkinson, and Betty Kabaci; and brother, Mike Kabaci. Friends will be received 6-8 pm Wednesday at the J. William McCauley, Jr. Funeral Home, 901 Vine St. West Newton, where funeral services will be held at 11 am Thursday.
