Patricia A. Mencer, 73, of South Huntingdon Township, died Thursday, December 22, 2016.  She was born January 2, 1943 in Greensburg, daughter of the late Frank and Tressa (Ritz) Naples.  Patricia was a member of Bible Alliance Church, West Newton.  Prior to retirement she was employed by the Irwin Magisterial Court.  An avid Steeler and NASCAR fan, she loved her dogs, Rebel and Rascal.  She enjoyed her family, especially her grandchildren and great granddaughter.  Surviving are her husband of 46 years, Richard E. Mencer; five children, Lynn Lodge and husband, Kevin, of Sachse, Tex., Jeff Mencer and fiancé, Anna Olson, of Homer City, Alan Mencer and wife, Patricia, of Sun City, Calif., David Mencer and wife, Cariann, of Ruffs Dale, and Richard Mencer and wife, Tracie, of Eaglesville, Tenn.; eight grandchildren, Audrey (Jeff) Foster, Jamie (Anthony) Camp, Cody, Austin (fiance' Emily), Morgan, Dylan, Justin, and Jessica; and great granddaughter, Addelyn Foster.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Theodore “Skip” Cawoski, and a brother, Frank Naples.  Friends will be received 2-4 & 6-8pm Monday at the J. William McCauley, Jr. Funeral Home, Inc. 901 Vine St. West Newton, and from 10-11 am Tuesday at which time services will be held, in Bible Alliance Church, 1300 Mt. Pleasant Rd., West Newton.  Interment will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Greensburg.  Condolences may be left at http://www.mccauleyfuneralhome.com
